The Library

Welcome to the "New" PHA Tech Center Library

Our library is an extensive collection of documents covering every aspect of Public Housing Administration. There are sample forms, checklists, how-to examples and much more.

As part of the new Tech Center, we have organized improved methods for finding the documents you need most. Subscribers now have a choice in working with the Library that suits their browsing style.

Method 1
Use the "Site Search" block found on every page. This is the most efficient way of tracking down specific items. The Site Search also includes and advanced search feature that lets users refine their searches.

Method 2
Use the "Master View". The Master view is a comrehensive. alphabetical listing of all the library documents. Very handy if you're not quite sure what you're looking for, and would rather browse.

The sample policy statements contained in the library should not be interpreted to mean that the staff of the Tech Center endorse or nessarily support the language. They are posted to provide sample wording that can be used to develop positions appropriate to the needs of your agency.
